We offer a diverse range of shared and cooperative living spaces designed to support the overall health and well-being of individuals. Our homes are both budget-friendly and cozy, promoting a stable, independent lifestyle within the community.
We welcome a variety of residents including, but not limited to, young adults, veterans, seniors, individuals re-entering society, those with low income, and adults over the age of 21.
Our commitment to safety, affordability, and inclusivity ensures that our properties are among the best in the state and local region.

**Independent community resources and referrals will be provided on an as needed, case by case basis.
We are based in the Chicago area but will accept referrals from Northwest Indiana and Greater Rockford Area.
